  • 1 beef heart about 1-2 pounds
  • 2 medium onions sliced

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Beef Heart: Clean and trim the beef heart as described above. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
