Instructions
 

  • 1. Sauté the Aromatics

    Push the onions and garlic to the side and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small crumbles. Drain any excess fat.

    Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste. Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
