  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

1. Prep the Salmon

  • Remove the skin and bones from the salmon fillet if necessary.
  • Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes.

2. Season the Salmon

  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and all the spices from the seasoning blend.
  • Toss the salmon cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

3. Cook the Salmon Bites

    Option 1: Using an Air Fryer

    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
    • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.

    Option 2: Using a Stovetop

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
    • Sear the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
